Ingredients
375 g (12 oz) cold, rare cooked beef
250 g (8 oz) button mushrooms, sliced
6 spring onions, chopped or shredded
1 red pepper (capsicum), seeded and sliced
shredded lettuce, to serve
SOUR CREAM DRESSING:
155 ml (5 fl oz/2/3 cup) thick sour cream
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
How to make Stroganoff Salad
Method
Cut the beef into thin strips and put into a bowl with the mushrooms, onions and pepper (capsicum).
To make the dressing, mix ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over the salad and toss gently. Line a serving dish with shredded lettuce and spoon salad on top.
