Jaal Wale Cutlets Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince: 1/4 kg (do not wash)
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste: 1/2 tsp each
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs: 4 (beaten to froth)
  • Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
  • All Spice Powder: 1 tsp
  • Onion: 1/2 (finely chopped)
  • Green Chillies: 2-3 (chopped)
  • Fresh Bread: 2 slices (crumbed and soaked in milk)
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs: as required
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Oil: for frying

 

Method

  1. Add mince meat into a bowl. Add salt, ginger & garlic paste, red pepper powder, all spice powder, green chillies, green coriander, onion, cumin powder, fresh crumbed bread slices and oil.
  2. Mix and knead well.
  3. Mix is ready.
  4. Make medium size round kebabs.
  5. Put breadcrumbs on cutting borad, place a cutlet, press and make flat-shaped kebab.
  6. Revert and apply breadcrumbs on other side too.
  7. Prepare all cutlets the same way.
  8. Beat eggs stiff until frothy.
  9. Dip cutlets in eggs and deep fry in a wok.
  10. Delicious jaal cutlets are ready to serve.
  11. Serve with ketchup and chutney.
