Ingredients
2 packets cottage cheese
1/2 kg spinach
1 packet fresh cream
4 garlic cloves
4 green chilies
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp crushed black pepper
to taste Salt
How to make Spinach With Cottage Cheese

METHOD:

Boil 1/2 kg spinach in the same water as you soaked it. In a cooking pot, add spinach, salt to taste and 1 packet fresh cream.

Now add 2 packets of cottage cheese cut into cubes to a pan and fry until they are
slightly brown. Spread cheese cubes on top of spinach.

For baghar, saute 4 cloves of garlic and apply baghar on Spinach. Top with 4 green chilies and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and serve.
