اجزاء:
اُبلی شکر قندی----------- 1/2کلو
دودھ------------- ایک لیٹر
چھوٹی الائچی------------- 8عدد
کنڈینسڈملک------------- ایک ٹن
باریک کٹے بادام------------- 20عدد
باریک کٹے پستے----------- 20عدد
چینی--------------- 2/1-1پیالی
چاول کا آٹا-------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

پہلے1/2کلو ابلی ہوئی شکر قندی کو چھیل کرکچل لیں۔اب دیگچی میں ایک لیٹر دودھ اور 8عددالائچی ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکائیں۔جب دودھ گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اس میں 2/1-1پیالی چینی اور شکر قندی ڈال دیں۔پھر 3 کھانے کے چمچے چاول کا آٹا ذرا سے ٹھنڈے دودھ میں مکس کرکے کھیر میں ملا دیں۔جب وہ بالکل گاڑھی ہوجائے تو اتار کر پیالے میں ڈال دیں۔اس کے بعد ٹھنڈا کرکے ایک ٹن کنڈینسڈ ملک،20عدد پستے اور20 عدد بادام ڈال کرفریج میں رکھ دیں۔شکر قندی کی کھیر تیا رہے
