کریم۔۔۔۔250 گرام
کھویا۔۔۔۔ ایک پیالی
کنڈینسڈ ملک۔۔۔۔ایک پیالی
چینی۔۔۔۔2/1 پیالی
بادام(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔25 گرام
پستے(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔25 گرام
اخروٹ(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔25 گرام
کیوڑا۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
کارن فلور(پانی میں گھلا ہوا)۔۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی الائچی۔۔۔۔4/1 چائےکا چمچہ
زردے کا رنگ۔۔۔۔۔ایک چٹکی
پسا ہوا ناریل، چاندی کا ورق۔۔۔۔سجانےکے لئے

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں دودھ ابلیں اور دودھ میں چیچنی گھول لیں۔ دودھ میں کارن فلور ملا کر گاڑھا کریں۔ اس میں باقی تمام اجزاء ملا کر چالہا بند کر دیں۔ جب دودھ ٹھنڈا ہو جائے تو اسے سانچوں میں بھر کر کمازکم 4 گھنٹوں کے لئے فریزر میں رکھ دیں۔ جب قلفی جم جائے تو اسے سانچے سے نکال لیں، اسے ناریل اور چاندی کے ورق سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
