ترکیب:

پہلے آٹھ اونس مکھن ،آدھا کپ چینی اور ایک چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا کو بیٹ کرلیں ،یہاں تک کہ وہ فلفی ہوجائے ۔اب اس میں 1-3/4کپ میدہ اور 3/4کپ کٹے ہوئے اخروٹ ڈالیں ۔پھر ہلکی رفتار پر بیٹ کریں ،یہاں تک کہ وہ ڈو جیسی شکل میں آجائے ۔اب اسے ایک گھنٹے کے لئے ٹھنڈا کر لیں ۔اب 36عدد کسز ملک چاکلیٹ کے ریپر ز ہٹا دیں ۔اس کے بعد اوون کو 190cپر گرم کریں ۔ڈو میں سے ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ڈو لے کر ٹرے پر رکھیں اور اس میں چاکلیٹ ڈال کر ڈو سے کور کرلیں ۔پھر اسے بارہ منٹ کے لئے بیک کریں ،یہاں تک کہ وہ کوکیز بیک ہوجائیں ۔اب انہیں ٹھنڈا کر کے آئیسنگ شوگر کے پاوڈر میں رول کر لیں اور ٹھنڈا کر کے سرو کریں ۔
