1 kg full cream milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 can condense milk or 1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
pistachios for garnishing
METHOD:
Boil milk and slowly add lemon juice while milk is boiling on low flame.
whisk with wooden spoon when it starts curdle remove from heat and sieve in a muslin cloth or cheese cloth but the cloth should be white. sieve this mixture in the running water just to remove the flavor of lemon.
hang for 2 - 3 hours so that the paneer becomes dry.
now mix paneer with maida and sugar or condense milk in a bowl and stir this mixture in a non stick pan for 10-15 mins till it forms a soft ball like mixture.
remove from heat and place paneer mixture in a bowl .
now again knead this cooled mixture with hand to make it smooth and make medium size round balls and press one pistachio between the center and place in refrigerator.
