Red lentils for 3/4 cu, chicken stock 4 cups, onion (finely cut)1 ,refind flour 2 tbsp, egg yolk 1, milk 1/2 cup ,salt 1 1/2, black pepper powder 1 tsp, oil 2 tbsp.
How to make Red Lentil Soup
METHOD:
1-soak lentils for 20 minutes.
2- heat oil in a saucepan and fry onion until transparent.
3- add refined flour and fry lightly, add stock.
4-drain water completely from lentils and add them to saucpan. cook until lentils are tender.
5-place lentils in a sieve to drain excess water, and put them back into saucepan. 6-add salt and black pepper and cook until slightly thic.

7-beat on egg yolk in a bowl and add milk.
8-lower the flame and gradually add egg yolk mixture.
9- keep stirring.
10- remove from flame after cooking for 2 minutes.
11- delicious red lentil soup is ready.
