• Chicken breast 4
• Minced chicken 250 gm
• Yogurt 125 gm
• Green chilies 4 (chopped)
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Gram flour 2 tbsp
• Butter 1 tbsp (melted)
• Mint leaves 1 tsp (chopped)
• All spice powder ½ tsp
• Salt as required
METHOD:
1. Make a slit in the middle of the chicken breast to form a pocket.
2. Now pound the chicken with a steak hammer.
3. Chop all the vegetables in a food processor.
4. Now add the minced chicken, all the spices, yogurt and cream and mix again in the food processor.
5. Divide the chicken mixture into equal portions and shape into long kebabs.
6. Stuff the chicken with these kebabs close the opening of the chicken using a tooth pick.
7. Place the chicken breasts in an oven tray and brush it with the melted butter.
8. Bake in an oven at 200C for 20 minutes until they are golden brown in color.
