Potato 1kg
Egg 1
Lemon 1tsp
Chat masala 1tbsp
Red crushed chilli 1 tbsp
Chilli powder 1tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Potato 1kg
Coriander leaves chopped
Bread crumbs
salt as required
How to make Potato Cutlet

METHOD:

First you boil potatos and then mash after mash put black pepper,salt,chilli powder,crushed red chiili,and coriander leaves chopped ,chat masala then mixx them well and make kabab shape and after take one bowl and put 1 egg in it and mix well after mixing put cutlet in it and then coat with bread crumbs then put in oil and fry untill its red and then serve it in a dish.
