Dried Big Red Chili...... 6
Salt...... 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste...... 2 tsp
Butter...... 50g
Cumin...... 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder...... 1 tsp
Oil...... 2 tbsp
How to make Plum Chilli Chicken Roast


First put salt on 1 kg chicken and also add 50g butter and keep it for 30 minutes.
Now put it on oven on 190 degree for 45 minutes.
When chicken is done and gets red, then add 2 cup water, 2 tsp cumin,1 tsp turmeric powder and 6 whole red chilies in 250 g dried plum.
Now make a paste in the blender and take out the seeds.
Now heat 2 tbsp oil and add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. When aroma comes, then add dried plum paste. Also add cumin.
When the sauce gets ready, then put it on the roasted chicken.
