تیل----------------------- 4ٹیبل سپون
تھائم------------ 2/1ٹی سپون

ترکیب:

تیل گرم کرکے اس میں لہسن اور گوشت ڈال دیں اور اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔ گلانے کے لئے تھوڑا پانی ڈال دیں گوشت گل جائے تو اس میں نمک ڈال کر چولہا بند کردیں۔
