ترکیب:

پستہ پیس لیں، چینی میں ایک لٹر پانی ملا کر قوام بنا لیں۔ بالائی کو پہلے الگ اور پھر کھوئے میں ملا کر پھینٹ لیں اسی طرح انڈے کی سفیدی اور زردی الگ الگ اور پھر یک جان کر کے پھینٹیں۔ گھی کو سرخ ہونے کی حد تک گرم کر یں۔ اور اس میں لونگ اور الائچیوں کے دانے بھی ڈال کر بھونیں۔ ساتھ میں پستہ ڈال دیں اور بھونتے جائیں پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے، زعفران، بالائی اور کھویااور کشمش بادام ڈال کر مدہم آنچ پر پکنے دیں چمچ چلانا نہ بھولئے گا۔ دودھ اور پانی خشک ہو جائیں۔ شیرہ گاڑھا ہو کر جذب ہو جائے اور گھی حلوے کو چھوڑنے لگے تو کیوڑا ڈال کر اتارلیں ۔ چند منٹ تک ڈھکن پڑا رہنے دیں ۔ اب ایک طباق میں حلوا انڈلیں اور حسب پسند چاندی کے ورق ،پستہ اور بادام سجائیں۔ جی چاہے تو کوئی موسمی پھل بھی کاٹ کر رکھ لیں۔ ذوق اشتہا میں اضافہ ہوگا۔
