Ingredients

Minced Beef: 500 gm
Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
Oil
Chapli Kabab Masala: 1/2 packet
Water:
Coriander: 1/4 cup
Green Onion: 1/2 cup
Flour: 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Tomato Paste: 1 cup
Garlic Powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds: 1/4 tsp
Tortilla/Chapatti
Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup

How to make Peshawari Enchilada

METHOD:

Add minced beef, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, 1/4 cup oil, Chapli Kabab Masala in a pan and cook well.

Add coriander and green onion in it. Mix, cook and set it aside.

Add 1/4 cup oil, flour and Red Chili Powder in a pan. Cook well.

Add tomato paste and 1 1/2 cup water. Mix well.

Add Garlic Powder, salt and cumin seeds. Cook well.

Add the mixture on a tortilla/chapatti. Make a roll. Pour the paste on it.

Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for 15 minutes on 250 degree centigrade in an oven.

Serve hot.
