ترکیب:

پائے کو پانی میں ڈال کر اچھی طرح دھولیں۔ جب جھاگ بن جائے تو پانی کو تبدیل کر لیں اور دوبارہ ابال لیں۔ اب اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، ایک کھانے کا چمچ ہلدی موٹے ٹکڑوں میں کٹی پیاز اور ساتھ میں لہسن شامل کرکے پکائیں۔ ایک الگ دیگچی میں تیل گرم کریں۔ پھر اس میں 3 کھانےکے چمچ ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ اب اس میں ڈٍیڑھ کھانے کے چمچ ہلدی اور پکے ہوئے پائے شامل کرکے بھونیں۔ اس کے بعد پائے کا شوربہ ڈال کر ایک گھنٹہ دم پر رکھیں۔ ہرا دھنیا، لیموں اور ہری مرچوں سے گارنش کر کے نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
