ترکیب:

گھی، میدہ اور بیسن مکس کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر بھون لیں اور تیار ہونے پر اُتار کر ٹھنڈا کریں۔
اب اس میں پیلا رنگ اور الائچی ڈالیں۔
چینی کو پانی میں شامل کرکے پکائیں اور شیرہ بناکر گلوکوز ڈال دیں۔
پھر ایک ڈش میں گھی لگاکر شیرہ ڈالیں اور ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔
اب اسے تیار میدے میں شامل کریں اور سلاخوں کی مدد سے اس مکسچر کو کھینچ کھینچ کر بال بنائیں اور تہہ لگاتے جائیں۔
جب ٹھنڈا ہو جائے تو اسے میز پر بچھاکر آدھے گھنٹے بعد ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔
آخر میں ہر ٹکڑے پر پستے اور بادام لگا کر سرو کریں۔
