Panjiri
Panjiri recipe is a special recipe which is made with all the dry fruits, semolina and sugar. It is made with clarified butter. First, the dry fruits are roasted in ghee and then they are added to the sugar. Semolina is also roasted in ghee and it is crunchy in texture. All the dry fruits are mixed with semolina and then heated together in a pan and combined with sugar. Panjiri is given to the new mothers after delivery.
