Ingredients
Coriander to garnish
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup paneer
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup corn kernels
1 tsp mustard seeds
Pepper and salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
How to make Paneer Salad

METHOD:

In a pan, heat oil as required.

Add mustard seeds, let them splutter.

Add green peas and fry for 1 min.

Add Corn and fry for another minute

Now add carrot and paneeer and fry for 2 min.

Switch off the stove and add salt and pepper.(lemon juice is optional) garnish with coriander

Salad ready.
