1. پیاز_____ 1 عدد درمیانی
2. تیل_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
3. لہسن کے جوئے_____ 3 عدد
4. تیز پتہ_____ 1 عدد
5. گاجر_____ 2 عدد درمیانی
6. کارن_____ آدھ کپ
7. شملہ مرچ_____ 1 عدد
8. سیلری_____ 2 عدد
9. چکن کی یخنی_____ تین کپ
10. نوڈلز_____ 200 گرام
11. پارسلے_____ آدھ کپ
12. نمک_____ حسب ذائقہ
13. کالی مرچ پاؤڈر_____ حسب ذائقہ

ترکیب:

1. پہلے پین میں تیل گرم کرکے اس میں پیاز، لہسن، تیز پتہ، گاجر، شملہ مرچ ، کارن، سیلری اور چکن کی یخنی ڈال کر پکالیں۔
2. پھر اس میں نوڈلز ڈال کر اس کو پکنے دیں تاکہ یخنی اس میں جذب ہو جائے۔
3. پھر اس میں پارسلے، نمک اور کالی مرچ شامل کر لیں۔
4. پھر اسے پیالے میں نکال کر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
