نمک----------- حسبِ ضرورت
چاٹ مصالحہ---------- ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچ
ہرا دھنیا، ہر ی مرچ----------- حسبِ ضرورت
بریڈ کرمبز---------- حسبِ ضرورت
انڈا--------------- ایک عدد

ترکیب:

اُبلے ہوئے آلو میش کرلیں، ساتھ میں پیاز ، شملہ مرچ، مٹر، نمک، ہری مرچ ، چاٹ مصالحہ اور ہرا دھنیا مکس کرلیں۔
نوڈلز کو اُبال کر پانی خشک کرلیں اور پھر ان کو ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔یہ بھی آلوﺅں کے مصالحے میں مکس کرکے رول کی شکل میں بنالیں۔
ایک پلیٹ میں بریڈ کرمبز رکھیں پہلے رول پر انڈا لگائیں پھر بریڈ کرمبز لگا کر ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں
