Ingredients

Chicken Noodles 500 gram
Chicken mince 250 gram
Egg(beaten) 5
Pepper powder 1tsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 1
Green chillies (chopped) 2
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

How to make Noodle cake

METHOD:

Boil and cool noodles
Heat oil in pot and fry mince till it changes colour.
Add black pepper, salt, tomatoes and green chilli; fry well
Mix egg in noodles
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry noodle like on omeltte; turn over.
Spread mince on top and cook for few minutes.
Turn over noodles cake on a plate and serve
