3) 2-3 TBS GHEE
4) 1 SMALL ONION.
5) SLICED
6) 1/2 CUP COCONUT MILK
7) 2 CUP WATER
8) SALT TO TAST

How to make METHI KHITCHRI

METHOD:

1. SOAK THE METHISEED IN WATER.
2. SAUTE THE ONIONS IN THE GHEE.
3. ADD THE METHISEED AND BRAISE FOR A FEW SECONDS.
4. ADD WATER,COCONUT MILK AND SALT.
5. BRING TO BOIL TO THEN ADD WASHED RICE AND COOK UNTIL DONE.
6. SERVE WITH FISH CURRY.
