گائے کی چھوٹی بوٹیاں
(بغیر ہڈی)-------------- 500گرام
ہری پیاز--------------- 14ڈنڈیاں+سجانے کے لئے
ہوئرن ساس------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
سویا سوس------------ 2چائے کے چمچے
لہسن------------- ایک جوا
کینو کا مار میلڈ --------------ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ--------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
کُٹی ہوئی لال مرچ----------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس---------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک--------------- 4/1چائے کا چمچہ
تیل------------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے+حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

ہری پیاز کے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ ایک پیالے میں علاوہ ہری پیاز تمام اجزاءملا کر ایک گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ لکڑی کی سیخوں پر ایک بوٹی ، ایک ہری پیاز لگا کر اس عمل کو 2مرتبہ دہرائیں۔ گرل پین کو چکنا کرکے گرم کریں اور سیخیں اُلٹ پلٹ کر تے ہوئے پکا کر نکال لیں۔ مزیدار منگولین بیف بوٹی ہری پیا زسے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
