How to make Malaysian Paratha
METHOD:
Take ½ kg flour, egg, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/3 tsp baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and knit the dough.
to prepare filling, frying mince with crushed 1 onion, crushed 4-5 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp crushed black pepper and some salt in a mixing bowl and mix everything.
Roll the dough and put the filling in it, add 50 gms of mozzarella cheese in each paratha and wrap the edges with the help of egg.
Brush it with egg and fry it in very little flame.
Enjoy paratha.
