کٹی لال مرچ------------ ڈیڑھ ٹی سپون
مکھن------------ 2ٹیبل سپون
نمک------------ حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

پہلے مکھن گرم کریں پھر پیاز ڈالیں ہلکا فرائی ہو تو اس میں میدہ ڈالیں، ہلکا فرائی ہوجائے اور بھنی ہوئی خوشبو آنے لگے تو چولہا آہستہ کرکے اس میں دودھ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
چمچ چلاتی رہیں گاڑھا ہونے لگے تو مسٹرڈ پیسٹ، نمک، موزریلا اور چیڈر چیز ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔
اب اس میں ابُلی ہوئی میکرونی بھی ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
اوون پروف ڈش میں نکال کر اوپر سے باقی کا چیز ڈالیں اور تھوڑی تھوڑی کٹی مرچیں ڈالیں۔ 15منٹ تک بیک کریں۔
