اجزاء:
نمک ۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
کٹے پارسلے ۔۔ چند پتے
مکھن ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
لہسن ۔۔۔ دو سے تین جوئے
کریم ۔۔ 4/3 کپ
دودھ ۔۔ 4/1 کپ
کریم چیز ۔۔ تین چائے کے چمچے
پسی سفید مرچ ۔۔ حسب ذآئقہ
کدوکش پامزان چیز ۔۔ حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

ایک کھانے کا چمچہ مکھن گرم کر کے اس میں دو سے تین جوئے لہسن ڈال کر ایک منٹ کے لئے سوتے کر لیں۔ اب اس میں 4/3 کپ کریم اور 4/1 کپ دودھ شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ پھر اس میں تین چائے کے چمچے کریم ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور ایک سے دو منٹ کے لئے پکالیں۔ اب اس کے بعد حسب ذائقہ نمک اور حسب ذائقہ پسی سفید مرچ شامل کردیں۔ اس کے بعد ابلی میکرونی بھی شامل کردیں اچھی طرح فولڈ کریں کہ سوس اچھی طرح میکرونی پر کوٹ ہوجائے۔ آخر میں کٹے پارسلے اور تھوڑا سا کدوکش پامیزان چیز چھڑک کے گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
