ونیلا کسٹرڈ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2کھانے کے چمچے
اسٹرابیری کسٹرڈ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2کھانے کے چمچے
فروٹ کیک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک ٹن

ترکیب:

ایک لیٹر دودھ کو دو برتنوں میں آدھا لیٹرڈال کر اُبال لیں۔
اب دونوں میں ایک کپ چینی میںسے آدھی آدھی شامل کردیں۔
جب اس میں اُبال آجائے تو ایک میں2 کھانے کے چمچے ونیلا کسٹرڈ اوردوسرے میں 2 کھانے کے چمچے اسٹرابیری کسٹرڈ شامل کرکے گھول لیں۔
جب گاڑھا ہوجائے تو چولہا بند کرکے کسٹرڈ کو ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔
اس کے بعدسرونگ ڈش میں ایک تہہ اسٹرابیری کسٹرڈ کی تہہ لگائیں اور اوپر کیک رکھ دیں۔
پھر ونیلا کسٹرڈکی ایک تہہ لگا کریم ڈالیں۔
اس کے بعداوپرایک ٹن فروٹ کوکٹیل ڈالیںاو ر پھر2کھانے کے چمچے فرائی کئے ہوئے بادام ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
