Mix fruit 1 tin
Cream 1 packet
Pasta sawiyaan rang birangi (Packet ka ¼ hissa) ubaal lain.
Saib barek katay hoye 2 adad
Kaily 3 adad lambai main bareek kaat lain.
Aam bareek kaat lain 2 adad
Arq Gulab 1 cahye ka chamcha
Corn flour 1 bara khanay ka chamcha
Cheeni 1 cup

Banane ki tarkeeb

1 kg doodh main thora sa doodh nikal kar baqi chholay per rakh dain. Jab doodh ubalny k kareeb ho to jis doodh ko alag rakha hai us main corn flour hal kar k cholahy per rakh dain. Ahista Ahista chamch chalain aur phr cheeni bhi shamil kar dain. Jab munasib garha hoajye to cholah band kar dain aur usko thanda honay k liye rakh dain. Thanda honay per is main fruit tin main sy adha fruit aur cream shamil kar k achi tarha blend kar lain. Ab bacha hoa adha fruit tin ky fruit, ubaali hoi sawaiyan, saib, kaila aur aam shamil kar k thanda honay k liye rakh dain Thanda hoany per roh e afza cream aur pisty badam sy garnish karain.

ایک کلو دودھ میں سے تھوڑا سا دودھ نکال کر باقی چولہے پر رکھ دیں ، جب دودھ اُبلنے کے قریب ہو تو جس دودھ کو الگ رکھا ہے اس میں کارن فلور حل کرکے چولہے پر رکھے دودھ میں ڈال دیں ۔آہستہ آہستہ چمچ ہلائیں اور پھر چینی بھی شامل کر دیں۔جب مناسب گاڑھا ہو جائے تو چولہا بند کردیں اور اس کو ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لیئے رکھ دیں ، ٹھنڈا ہونے پر اس میں فروٹ ٹِن میں سے آدھا فروٹ اور کریم شامل کر کے اچھی طرح بلینڈ کر لیں ، اب بچا ہوا آدھا فروٹ ٹِن کے فروٹ ، اُبالی ہوئی سویّاں ،سیب ، کیلا اور آم شامل کر کے ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لیئے رکھ دیں ،ٹھنڈا ہونے پر روح افزاء، کریم اور پستے بادام سے گارنش کریں۔

This is a great, easy recipe! I doubled the recipe, added some heavy whipping cream to the lab-e-Shireen. And I didn't use any raisins. I really recommend it... I'm thinking of making it for my family when they come over next weekend.
