Ingredients

Beef mince ½ kg
Yogurt (whipped) 125 grams
Raw Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Whey 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tandoori masala (packaged) 2 tbsp
Green chilies (finely cut) 2
Lemons 4
Fresh Coriander (chopped) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Oil ½ cup + 2 tbsp
Fresh Coriander, Lemon wedges for garnishing

How to make Keema Ghotala

METHOD:

• Marinate mince with 2 tbsp oil and all other ingredients.
• Set aside for ½ hour.
• Heat oil in a pot; add mince and thoroughly fry; dish.
• Garnish with coriander and lemon; serve.
