ہری چٹنی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔چوتھائی کپ
کیچپ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ کپ
املی کی چٹنی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔چوتھائی کپ
کارن فلور ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو عدد
پاپڑی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

ترکیب:

سفید چنوں کو اُبال لیں ۔
آلوؤں کو پیلا رنگ دے کر اُبال لیں ۔
پتیلی میں لہسن (پیس کر)، ہری چٹنی ، کیچپ ، املی کی چٹنی ، دھی ، نمک ، کُٹی لال مرچ ، چاٹ مصالحہ اور چینی شامل کرکے مکس کریں اور چنے اور آلو بھی شامل کرکے10منٹ تک پکالیں ۔
اب کارن فلور گھول کر شامل کریں ، گاڑھا کرکے اُتار لیں ۔
پیاز ، پاپڑی ، چاٹ مصالحہ ڈال کر پیش کریں ۔
