شملہ مرچ لال،پیلی،ہری۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ
ہری مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آٹھ عدد
دہی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک سے ڈیڑھ کپ
دھنیا پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
زیرہ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک سے ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

ایک باؤل میں قیمہ،ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ،دہی،لیموں کا رس،گرم مصالحہ اور نمک ڈال کر مکس کر کے تین سے چار گھنٹے فری میں رکھیں۔
ایک پین میں تیل گرم کر کے ہری مرچ کو ساتے کر لیں۔
اب اس میں میری نیٹ کیا ہوا قیمہ شامل کر کے پانچ سے سات منٹ تک پکائیں۔
ساتھ ہی ٹماٹر،شملہ مرچ،دھینا پاؤڈر،زیرہ پاؤڈر اور کڑاہی مصالحہ ڈال کر مکس کرتے ہوئے پکاتے رہیں۔
آخر میں ہلکا سا پانی ڈالیں اور کور کر کے پکنے دیں۔
سرونگ ڈش میں نکالیں۔
پرا دھنیا اور جیولین ادرک سے سجائیں گرم گرم چپاتی کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
