اجزاء:
سویاں----------------------------- (باریک والی) 300گرام
چینی------------------------------ 2پیالی
مکھن------------------------------ (پگھلا ہوا) 1/2پیالی
پنیر-------------------------------- (کدوکش) 2پیالی
لیموں اور اس کے چھلکے --------- 1/2عدد
پستے ----------------------------- (چوپ کئے ہوئے) سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

سویوںکو باریک توڑلیں۔ دیگچی میں ایک پیالی پانی، چینی، لیموں کا رس اور اسکے چھلکے ڈال کر چینی گھُلنے تک پکا کر الگ رکھ لیں۔ کیک کے سانچے میں 1/2مکھن ، 1/2سویوں ، پنیر، پھر باقی سویوں ، پستے اور باقی مکھن کی تہہ لگادیں۔سانچے کو پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 20منٹ تک پکا کر نکال لیں۔ چینی کے آمیزے میں سے لیموںکا چھلکا نکال کر چاشنی کو کدائف کے اُوپر ڈال دیں اور جذب ہوجانے پر پیش کریں۔
