Tumeric powder 1tsp
Cumins seeds 1tsp
Red chillies 1tbsp
Salt to taste

How to make Jhat phat okra

Method

Wash and dry okra; cut them finally.warn oil in a fry pan and cook okra till no longer sticky then add red chillies, cumin and turmeric; fry for 5 minutes and remove from flame. Then add green chillies, salt and lemon juice and serve it
