Canned red kidney beans.Drained 315 g/10 oz

METHOD:

Heat oil in a large saucepan and cook onion, garlic and red papper for 4-5 minutes or until onion softens..

Stir in stock, pasta, wine tomatoes paste and beans Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Season to taste with black pepper
