ترکیب:

پیاز کو باریک کتر یں۔ لال مرچوں کو ہاون دستہ میں موٹا موٹا کوٹ لیں۔ دھنیا بھی پیس لیں۔ سوکھی کچریوں کو کچل لیں۔ نوشادر پیس کر خوب باریک کر لیں۔ انجیروں کو کچل کر پھیلا لیں۔ پھر ان سب کو ملا کر پیس لیں۔ گوشت کے پارچوں کو نمکین پانی میں دھو ڈالیں اور کسی سایہ دار جگہ میں خشک کر یں۔
اب پسی ہوئی سب چیزیں دہی پتلا کر کے اس میں ملا دیں اور خشک کئے ہوئے گوشت کے پارچوں پر لگا دیں۔ انہیں چار گھنٹے تک اسی حالت میں پڑا رہنے دیں پھر ان پر گھی ملیں اور سیخوں پر چڑھا کر کوئلے کی آگ پر پختہ کر یں۔
