چینی-------------- 2/1کپ
کُٹی چھوٹی الائچی-------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
کیوڑا ایسنس-------------- چند قطرے
کارن فلور--------------- 2-3کھانے کے چمچے
زعفران----------------- ایک چٹکی
بادام----------------- گارنش کے لئے

ترکیب:

پہلے پین میں 2/1کلودودھ اور 2/1کپ چینی کو اُبال لیں۔چینی حل ہوجائے تو اس میں 2/1چائے کا چمچہ کٹی چھوٹی الائچی اور چند قطرے کیوڑا ایسنس شامل کرکے مکس کرلیں۔ پھر 2-3 کھانے کے چمچے کارن فلور کو شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور اتنا پکائیں کہ آمیزہ گاڑھا ہوجائے اب اسے ڈش میں نکالیں۔پھر بادام اور ایک چٹکی زعفران سے گانش کرکے سرو کریں۔
