پیاز کاٹ کر تیل میں فرائی کر لیں پھر اس میں گوشت، ادرک، لہسن، لال مرچ، دھنیا، ہلدی ، نمک ڈال کر بھون لیں پھر اس میں اتنا پانی ڈالیں کہ گوشت گل جائے جب بھون جائے تو دہی کو ٹماٹر کے ساتھ گرائنڈر کر کے ڈالیں پھر دہی مونگ پھلی، تیل اور خشخاش ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ پھر شوربہ کر یں اور گرم مصالحہ اور لیمن جوس ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔ پانچ منٹ بعد ڈش میں نکال کر ہرے دھنیے سے گارنش کر یں۔
