• Yogurt 125 gm
• Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
• Mint leaves ¼ bunch
• All spice powder 1 tsp
• Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Lemon juice 4 tbsp
• Lemon for garnish
• Coriander leaves for garnish
• Salt to taste
How to make Haray Masalay ki Chicken Tangri
METHOD:
• Mark cuts using knife on each drumstick.Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion and fry till golden brown.Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste with drumsticks and fry till golden brown.Blend together ¼ bunch mint leaves, ¼ bunch coriander leaves, 125 gm yogurt, 4 tbsp lemon juice and 3 – 4 green chilies. Blend well till smooth paste is formed.
• Add the prepared paste to the chicken mixture with salt to taste, 1 tsp all spice and 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves. Cover and cook over low flame for 10 – 15 minutes.Now remove lid, turn the flame high and fry well till water dries.Dish it out and serve hot.
