1 red pepper (capsicum), seeded and diced
1 green pepper (capsicum), seeded and diced
1 large head chicory, thinly sliced
½ cucumber, diced
1 quantity Vinaigrette Dressing
1 teaspoon poppy seeds, to garnish
How to make GERMAN SAUSAGE SALAD
Method
Remove skins from the sausages and dice. Put lettuce into a glass serving bowl, scatter over half the diced sausage. Add a layer of peppers, then remaining diced sausage. Add chicory and cucumber, then pour over dressing.
