جرمن چوکلیٹ نٹ کیک

اجزاء:
اخروٹ ۔۔ 2/1-1 کپ
چینی ۔۔ 4/3 کپ
کوکنگ چوکلیٹ ۔۔ 3/1 کپ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر ۔۔۔ ایک چائےکا چمچہ
بیکینگ سوڈا ۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
انڈے ۔۔ پانچ عدد
ونیلا ایسنس ۔۔ 2/1-1 چائے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے گول پین کو گریس کرکے ویکس پیپر بھچھا دیں۔ اب چوپر میں 2/1-1 کپ اخروٹ، 4/3 کپ چینی، ایک چائے کا چمچہ بیکنگ پاؤڈر، 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ بیکنگ سوڈا کو ملا کر چوپ کرلیں۔ پھر پانچ عدد انڈے اور 2/1-1 چائے کے چمچے ونیلا ایسنس ڈال کر بلینڈ کر لیں۔ اب میکسچر کو پین میں ڈال کر اوون میں 350 ڈگری پر 30 منٹ کے رکھ دیں۔ سوس بنانے کے لئے آدھا کپ کوکونٹ اوع اخروٹ کو پین میں بھچائیں۔ اب شہد شامل کر کے 350 ڈگری پر 8-6 منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ جب گولڈن براؤن ہوجائے تو اوون سے نکال کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔ اخر میں سوس ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
