Ingredients

Bananas (cut in rounds) 2
Potatoes (b Oiled, d Iced) 1 cup
Casaba melons (d Iced) 2 cups
Cantaloupe (d Iced) 2 cups
Papaya (d Iced) 1 cup
Grapes ½ cup
Tamarind pulp ½ cup
Lemon 2
Mint leaves ¼ cup (chopped)
Dried Mango powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp

How to make Fruit Salad

METHOD:

• Mix potatoes, bananas, grapes, melons and papaya in a large bowl and refrigerate.
• In a separate bowl mix tamarind pulp, dried mango powder, salt, chaat masala, sugar and lemon juice and keep aside.
• Mix tamarind mixture in the fruits.
• Serve delicious fruit salad garnished with mint leaves.
