How to make Fried Loki And Chaney Ki Daal
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a pan , add ginger, garlic, onion, and curry leaves. Fry till the onion softens.
2. Add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and bottle gourd and mix well.
3. Add lentil, cloves, black cardamoms and black pepper and fry, cook for a few minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and cook till water is dry.
5. Add Green chillies and Fresh coriander and leave on dum.
6. Serve hot with Parathas.
