Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Tikka boti masala 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Egg beaten as required
Allspice ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
How to make Fried Chicken Sticks
Method
Marinate chicken cubes with Raw papaya 1 tbsp, Chat masala ½ tsp.
Tikka boti masala 2 tbsp, Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
Black pepper ½ tsp, Allspice ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp for 2 hours.
Put on wooden skewers; dip in well beaten eggs and deep fry.
