chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
dried red chili 5 to 6
ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
salt to taste
soy sauce 1 tbsp
black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
vinegar 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
spring onion leaves as required
oils as required
corn flour 2 tbsp
How to make Fiery pepper chicken
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat.
Now in a sauce pan, add red chilli and ginger garlic and toss together. Now add green onion and mix. Now add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper and sugar and mix well. Now make it thick using corn flour.
Add chicken to the sauce, add the green part of the onion in the end, toss together and serve hot.
