اجزاء:
•انڈے_____ 6عدد
•150گرام_____ Smoked Breast Fillet
•گاجر(چوپ) _____ 2کھانے کے چمچ
•پیاز(چوپ) _____ 2کھانے کے چمچ
•ہرا پیاز(چوپ) _____ 2کھانے کے چمچ
•نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
•کالی مرچ_____ آدھ چائے کا چمچ
•سفید مرچ_____ 1 چائے کاچمچ
•کھانے کا تیل_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک برتن میں انڈے توڑ کر ڈال دیں ۔
اب اس میں پیاز، گاجر، ہرا پیاز،نمک، سفید مرچ، کالی مرچ ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔
بریسٹ فلے کو پیکٹ پر دی ہوئی ہدایات کی مدد سے تیار کر لیں۔
ایک پین میں تھوڑا سا کھانے کا تیل لیں۔
اب اس میں انڈا کا کچھ حصہ ڈال لیں اب اس پر دو عدد تیار کیا ہوا بریسٹ فلٹ رکھ کر انڈے کو رول کر لیں اور پین کے ایک طرف کر لیں۔
اب اس ہی پین باقی کچھ انڈا کو ڈال دیں اور اس پر بھی تیار کیا ہوا بریسٹ فلٹ کو رکھ دیں اوپہلے والے رول کو ا اس کے ساتھ رول کر لیں۔
اور اس طرح سارے انڈے کو تھوڑا تھوڑا ڈال کر پکا لیں اور رول کر لیں ۔
