• flour of moong daal(we can use grinned moong daal in home) 150g
• powdered sugar as required
• dry fruit like almonds, pistachio, coconut, etc these are necessary and should be use in much amount as required
How to make Easy and Simple Panjeeri
METHOD:
sab sy phely gram flour and grind moong daal ko bari bari ghee may medium heat py 4 sy 5 minute ky liay fry krain kun k ya 2no boht late fry hoti ha phr dono ko mix kar k plain flour aur soji mila dy baqi ghee bi add kry yad rkhy k heat teez hoo tou jallny ka khatra boht hota ha.
ghee itna use kry kay sab may mix ho kar powdered mixture he rhy matlab boht zyada be na ho.
10 minute sab mixture ko pakaty rhy phir slow slow powdered sugar add kry aur slow par pakyin.
Approximately 10-15 minute tak khushbu any lagy ge jab ya tiyar ho jai ge. Last 5 minute main dry fruits add kar dy.
