• Beef-1 kg boneless
• Ginger-1 inch
• Garlic-10-12 cloves
• green chilies-as per ur taste
• Garam Masala powder-1 tablespoon
• kaju paste-50 grams
• white sesame paste-50 grams
• oil-5 spoon
• ghee-2 spoon
• haldi powder-1 tablespoon
• Salt-as required
• onion -2(paste)
• Egg-2
• Curd-1 cup
• Tomato-1(Cut in round slice)
• coriander leaves-for garnishing
METHOD:
First take 1 pan put oil in it when it hot put onion paste and fry when it turns golden brown add mutton in it. On other hand take 1 pan put 1/2 spoon oil then add finally cut ginger, green chilies and garlic cloves fry for 5 minutes. when it cool grind it and add it in the mutton. Cook mutton till the oil come up.Then Fry kaju and till on low flame. Cool them and make a fine paste. Then add in mutton. Add turmeric powder,garam masala.curd,salt.cook it till the mutton melt. Now switch off the flame .Now keep tomato slice on mutton pan broke the 2 eggs on mutton and immediately heat 2 spoon ghee and put on the eggs. Sprinkle Coriander for garnishing. Ready to server with chapati.
