لہسن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ادرک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک سے ڈیڑھ کھانےکا چمچ
دہی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
زیرہ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چھ کھانےکے چمچ
لونگ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار عدد
ہری مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آٹھ عدد

تیز پتہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار عدد
چھوٹی الائچی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار عدد
لال مرچ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

گوشت کو دہی،ہلدی،نمک،لال مرچ،دھنیا،زیرہ لگا کر میری نیٹ کر کے پانچ گھنٹے رکھیں۔
ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے تیز پتہ،الائچی اور لونگ کو تیس سیکنڈ تک فرائی کر لیں۔پھر اس میں پیاز کو براؤن کریں۔
اب میری نیٹ کیا ہوا گوشت شامل کرکے بھونیں،یہاںتک کہ گوشت چاورں طرف سے براؤن ہوجائے۔
پھر اس میں چار کپ پانی ڈالیں اور ابال آنے پر برتن کو ڈھک کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں،اتنا کہ گوشت نرم ہوجائے اور تیل اوپر آجائے۔
آخر میں گرم مصالحہ چھڑکیں اور دو منٹ تک تیز آنچ پر فرائی کر کے نمک برابر کرلیں۔
ہرا دھنیا،جنجر جیولین او رہری مرچ سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
