Crushed Tomato Salad

Ingredients
250 g ripe tomato
1 pc green pepper
1 cucumber
2 spring onion
A dash of dried mint
Salt & white pepper to taste
A dash of paprika
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
How to make Crushed Tomato Salad
Method
Finely chop all the vegetables
Add tomato paste, vinegar, dried mint and paprika.
Season to taste with salt and white pepper
Drizzle olive oil and serve immediately.
