Ingredients

Chicken breast..........2
Corn flakes (crushed)..........2 cup
Butter Milk..........1 cup
Flour..........2 tbsp
Corn flour..........2 tbsp
Garlic paste..........1 tbsp
Lemon ju Ice..........2 tbsp
Egg (beaten)..........1
Crushed red pepper..........1 tbsp
Black pepper powder..........½ tsp
Chaat masala..........1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil..........for fry

How to make Crispy Fried Chicken

METHOD:

• Cut each chicken breast into book form, beat with steak hammer to flatten.
• Sock with butter milk for 1 hour.
• Mix egg, corn flour,lemon juice, garlic paste, crushed red pepper, black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt in a bowl.
• Remove chicken from butter milk and add in egg mixture.
• Coat marinated chicken with corn flakes.
• Heat oil in a wok, fry chicken till golden brown.
• Remove from oil, cut into strips and serve with chili garlic sauce.
